We, Almansi support in particular young people who lives, study and work in Berlin with our various services.

As landlord our primary concern is to offer each applicant individual accommodation in our shared flats as a prerequisite for their own development.

As general service provider we offer various services in Berlin.

We try to build a bridge between the need for services and professional offers.

Our company Almansi Immobilien was founded in 2020 as a general tenant.
Two companies grew out of this in mid-2022, which Almansi Immobilien GmbH and the Almansi Allround GmbH; Each of the two companies specializes in its own area. The areas include apartment rentals, office services, car rental, caretaker services, relocation assistance, transport, etc.
